Cincinnati – (almost)Wordlessly

I’ve put together a photo post of my Cincinnati trip from last month. Finally! It includes our city wanderings, our hotel, The Bistro, the wedding at Paul Brown stadium and the Aquarium.

Enjoy!

  1. Looks like a fun trip! I’ve never been to Cincinnati. I am reminded by this that I never transferred my “restaurant list” to my new site… I should do that before I forget! I always keep track of restaurants in cities I might visit so that I have them in one place .
    Cheers!

    • It was a pretty fun trip! I’d drive back to Cincinnati just for that restaurant. Awesome service, awesome concept and awesome food! I have a list of places, too.. Kyle wants to take a foodie road trip just for restaurant-ing in the future! What a guy! =)

  3. Cincinnati looks like a fun place. I’ve never been there but kind of want to know. I love the name of your blog. I love ginger and peanut butter but I don’t think I ever tried them together. I should

  4. What a great trip! You are so beautiful, and I loved seeing how much fun you were having. Thanks for sharing, sweet friend. I hope you are having a wonderful weekend, and I wish you a very happy 4th!

  5. hi Lauren! I love all the pictures! Looks like you guys had a really fun time, and you look great together!! I love your scarf by the way! Cincinnati is great! It’s been awhile since I’ve been there though. I used to go see the Reds play from time to time. Anyway, I’m glad you had a great time ’cause you certainly deserve it! You’ve had so much going on that I’m sure you needed this time to get away. Hope you have a great 4th of July, Lauren! Take it easy, sheila

    • Thanks, Sheila! We did have a great time and definitely enjoyed getting away! I would definitely like to go back to Cincinnati to spend more time wandering around to see the different markets and art galleries. The scarf was on loan from my coworker, her son brought it back from Greece for her!

I hope your weekend went well for the two of you as well!

    • I did! Looks like you had one as well! =) Too bad you didn’t like your pizza too well. I’ve never had Gino’s but adore Sanfratello’s! Thanks for stopping by!

    • Oh yes! Those were house-made nutter butters with caramel dipping sauce over at The Bistro in Cincinnati! They were SO good! We polished them off in no time, even though we were full!!

    • I adore grains on my salad, too! If I ever find myself at a buffet where my options are somewhat limited, I throw some rice on my salad! It helps jazz things up a bit.. yum!
